Panel 1: Norma sits at a table, now without the chest piece for her suit while Célie Mae is standing at a stove stirring a pot and says “Damn! You lucky to even be here!”
Panel 2: Célie Mae is still stirring the pot and holding out a bowl. She says, “I heard some crazy shit about the demons back on the old ground.”
Panel 3: Célie Mae’s hand holds out a bowl full of gumbo.
Panel 4: Norma holds up her hand and says, “Thank you, but you have helped me enough. I cannot accept anymore of your hospitality.”
Panel 5: Célie Mae puts her hand on her hip still holding the bowl and scowls.
Panel 6: She leans on the table with the bowl beside her and says, “Nuh-uh. No. I made enough for two, n’you damn well better eat it, or you be in a whole heap more trouble than whatever that thing out there gave ya.”
Panel 7: Norma looks back surprised.
